One Liners Polk: Polk Theatre, Nineteen61 and more

Nineteen61 began construction on its rooftop bar, at 215 E. Main Street, Lakeland. 

Born & Bread Bakehouse is now open four days a week, Wednesdays through Saturdays, at 1113 S. Florida Ave., in Lakeland. 

Polk Theatre plans to restore its marquee and upgrade its sound system with a $141,500 grant from Publix Super Markets Charities. 

Polk County’s Transportation Planning Organization received notification that the county’s TPO will receive certification for another four years from the Federal Highway Administration. 

Dr. Rachel Lefebvre, a board-certified hand surgery specialist, joined Watson Clinic Main, at 1600 Lakeland Hills Blvd., in Lakeland. 

Lakeland Realtors installed the association’s 2024 officers and directors during its annual installation and awards luncheon with Petra Norris, a broker with the Lakeland Real Estate Group, being tapped to lead the association as its 2024 president. 

Anglin Reichmann Armstrong PC, in Lakeland, promoted LeAnne Goode, Meg Hampton, Kavitha Hichkad and Andrew Labosier from manager to partner. 

Guy LaLonde Jr. was sworn in as Lakeland’s newest city commissioner.
