Bradshaw Home has opened a new Innovation and Experience Center in South Tampa, marking a strategic step in the company’s East Coast expansion.

The 16,000 square foot facility is designed to support product development, strengthen retail partnerships and support a growing lineup of kitchenware and cleaning brands.

The center officially opened on December 2 and will serve as a hub for product design, testing and collaboration.

The California company is known for brands such as GoodCook, Casabella, Evercare and RhinoStrength, as well as licensed products from Clorox, Mr. Clean and Dawn. Bradshaw has been expanding its operations in the Southeast.

The company opened a 1.2 million-square-foot distribution center near the Port of Savannah in 2023.

A new space for hands-on innovation

The South Tampa site includes a full test kitchen and test bath. Both allow teams and partners to work with products in real settings.

The facility also includes prototyping tools, merchandising environments and meeting space for retailers.

“The Bradshaw Home Innovation and Experience Center was designed to enrich product ideation and deepen retailer partnerships by providing a compelling window into our product innovation process,” said Tony Hair, CEO of Bradshaw Home. “This new Tampa location continues Bradshaw Home’s expansion on the East Coast.”

The company distributes products to more than 75,000 retail stores across North America.

The Tampa center is designed to help teams bring new products to market faster with more consumer insight.

Private equity backing drives growth

Arbor Investments, the private equity firm that owns Bradshaw Home, views the new facility as an important step in the company’s long-term strategy.

“Bradshaw Home continues to make formidable advancements in their innovation pipeline,” said Josh Schoenfelder, Partner at Arbor Investments. “Investment in the Bradshaw Home Innovation and Experience Center is the latest example of infrastructure enhancement fueling the company’s growth. This new facility will elevate and accelerate compelling product development.”

Why it matters

The opening brings a national consumer products company into the Tampa business landscape at a time when the region is attracting interest from brands looking for new talent and easy access to major ports.

It also adds innovation space to a South Tampa corridor that has seen steady commercial investment.

Bradshaw Home expects the Innovation and Experience Center to serve as a key site for collaboration with retail partners, product teams and industry groups.
