Pendry Tampa reveals a full lineup of waterfront restaurants

Pendry Tampa is adding another national name to the city’s growing hospitality scene.

The new hotel and residences project has partnered with Clique Hospitality to create a group of restaurants, bars and social venues that will help raise the energy along the Riverwalk.

The collaboration brings together Pendry Hotels & Resorts and Clique Hospitality, a group known for high-energy concepts in Las Vegas, San Diego, Newport Beach and Chicago.

The two companies have worked together in several cities with strong results. Pendry Tampa will be their first shared project in Florida.

A partnership built on national momentum

Michael Fuerstman, co-founder of Pendry Hotels & Resorts, said the goal in Tampa is to create venues that feel rooted in the city while still carrying Pendry’s signature style.

“We look forward to adding a vibrant culinary experience to the Riverwalk with Clique Hospitality as our partner,” he said. “We are creating restaurant and bar experiences that feel distinctly of the destination while delivering the modern, design-driven point of view and warm, gracious service that define Pendry.”

Inside Pendry Tampa, Clique will open a signature restaurant with elevated dining and a lively social atmosphere.

It will also open a modern Mexican restaurant with expressive design, a speakeasy-style lounge and a poolside venue.

Each space is built around Clique’s focus on strong service, memorable energy and immersive ambiance.

A new layer for Pendry Residences Tampa

For Pendry Residences Tampa owners, the partnership adds a new element to the project’s luxury residential experience.

Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads Development, said the venues will help create a lifestyle that extends beyond the building’s walls.

“Our goal with Pendry Tampa is to create a residential and hospitality experience that reflects the inviting, energetic connection to the Riverwalk,” he said. “Partnering with Clique Hospitality allows us to introduce culinary and social spaces that match that spirit.”

Pendry Tampa will sit along the Riverwalk and feature 220 guestrooms and 200 private residences, with interiors by Studio Munge.

Amenities include a rooftop pool, Spa Pendry, fitness and wellness facilities and a collection of dining and gathering spaces.

The residences offer one to three bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces and access to hotel services. The project is positioned to become a new anchor on the waterfront when it opens.

Why it matters

Tampa’s waterfront has become one of the region’s most competitive areas for hospitality investment. National brands are moving quickly to secure space along the Riverwalk.

Pendry Tampa’s partnership with Clique Hospitality shows a push toward more curated dining and social experiences that appeal to residents, travelers and business leaders who want high design and strong service.

It also highlights Tampa’s rise as a growing market for national hospitality groups that are expanding beyond traditional coastal hubs.
