Link Logistics has sold a 137,359-square-foot warehouse in eastern Hillsborough County for $18.3 million to an affiliate of PCCP, a Los Angeles real estate investment manager.
The warehouse sits on 9.8 acres in Interstate Business Park, between U.S. 301 and Interstate 75. Link owned the property through DH Tampa LLC.
SP Logistics Tampa Owner LLC bought the property for PCCP, a Los Angeles real estate investment manager with $29.3 billion in assets under management at the end of 2025.
The $18.3 million price works out to about $133 per square foot. Built in 2008, the warehouse was developed for Iron Mountain, which originally leased the entire building through August 2025.
Iron Mountain remains at the property nearly a year beyond that original lease term. The company still lists the building as an operating Tampa location, although public records reviewed by TBBW do not show its current lease terms.
SP Logistics Tampa Owner is also part of a larger group of logistics-property owners. Loan documents connect the Tampa buyer to 15 other entities with properties in markets including Orlando, Atlanta, Austin, Phoenix, Denver, San Diego, Charlotte, Fort Worth and Baltimore.
Together, the entities are tied to $723.6 million in financing with JPMorgan Chase serving as administrative agent. The loan documents identify the transaction as Project Stellar.
