Publicly Traded Body-Contouring Company Moving HQ to Tampa

AirSculpt Technologies, a publicly traded body-contouring company with more than 400 employees, is moving its corporate headquarters from Miami Beach to Tampa.

Its board approved the relocation Aug. 5, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

AirSculpt’s new headquarters will be at 2023 W. Platt St., a two-story office building in the North Hyde Park/SoHo area. The property sold for $6 million in March 2025 and is owned by Platt Real Estate Holdings LLC.

The filing does not announce any change to AirSculpt’s Miami treatment center, which the company continues to list on its website. The center opened in 2021 and remains one of two AirSculpt locations in Florida, along with Orlando.

AirSculpt is making the move after two consecutive quarters of growth in case volume at centers open during both periods. Same-center case volume increased 1% in the second quarter, even as revenue slipped 3% to $42.9 million. The company operated 31 centers at the end of June, down from 32 a year earlier.

AirSculpt has not disclosed how many employees will work there, which corporate functions will be based here, when the move will take place, or why it chose Tampa.
