Next Level Brands to open new restaurant at Water Street in 2022

Next Level Brands has announced its newest restaurant concept, Boulon Brasserie, is slated to open at Water Street, in Tampa, in the summer of 2022.

Next Level Brands is a partnership between Jeff Gigante, former co-founder of Ciccio Restaurant Group, and Andrew Wright, a Tampa real estate entrepreneur. This is the third establishment developed under the Next Level Brands umbrella. Forbici, in Hyde Park, opened in 2019 and Union New American is preparing to open its doors in the Westshore Business District.

Boulon Brasserie is a French bistro concept that will have a restaurant, bar and cafƩ. It will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, a statement said.

ā€œBoulon Brasserie will be open throughout the day. Itā€™s perfect for a cafĆ© au lait and fresh-baked croissant at breakfast, a niƧoise salad for lunch, charcuterie and champagne in the afternoon or steak frites at supper,ā€ says Jeff Gigante. ā€œWe want our guests to enjoy this immersive experience, at any time, with their friends and loved ones.ā€

Boulon Brasserie will be located at 1001 Water Street, in Tampa.[image_slider_no_space on_click=”prettyphoto” height=”300″ images=”14488,14487,14486″]
