Avison Young’s Florida Capital Markets Group completed the $22.5 million sale of the 134,362-square-foot, 13-acre retail property, at 21800 U.S. Highway 19 N, in Clearwater, to an affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, which already leases the adjacent city-owned BayCare Ballpark, home of the Phillies Spring Training and the Clearwater Threshers.

A Sarasota-based doughnut shop, Five-O Donuts, signed a lease for its first location in St. Petersburg, at 1003 Fourth St. N. 

Otter PR purchased an 8,000-square-foot building, at 324 First Ave. N., St. Petersburg, for $3 million, which will serve as the company’s headquarters. 

Clearwater-based BayCare Health System named Nate Malcolm as president of St. Joseph’s Hospital. 

Taylor Sam’s has leased space at 312 Third St. S., St. Petersburg.

Justin Olsen joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, in St. Petersburg, as vice president and chief operating officer. 

Taylor Sam’s, a café that specializes in homestyle breakfast and brunch, has leased space at 312 Third St. S., St. Petersburg, in the Camden Pier District apartment tower with plans to open for business in February or March.

St. Petersburg-based Paradise Advertising & Marketing promoted chief strategy officer Rudy Webb to president.

Amanda Ward was named director of marketing for MarineMax, in Clearwater. 

United Insurance Holdings Corp. sold its St. Petersburg headquarters, at 800 Second Ave. S., for $10.5 million to an entity affiliated with Tampa-based investment advisory firm Third Lake Partners.
