The Viceroy Residences Clearwater Beach has unveiled its Grand Penthouse, a $12 million full-floor residence.
Developed by BH3 Management and U.S. Development, the Viceroy Residences mark the hospitality brand’s first branded residential living project on Florida’s west coast. The development will include 86 private residences, across two nine-story towers, delivering resort-style amenities. Sales have launched from the on-site presentation gallery, with construction expected to begin in 2026.
The grand penthouse is over 6,100 square feet and has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass and a sweeping wraparound terrace. The home has unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater’s iconic wide beachfront.
The property has a limited collection of eight penthouses priced from $5 million, ranging in size from 2,392 to 6,124 square feet.
