FLAVORx names Jerry Telson as corporate vice president

Former Walgreens executive Jerry Telson has joined FLAVORx as corporate vice president.

Telson is a Tampa Bay area-based retail pharmacy executive, having spent the past 39 years at Walgreens. Telson held leadership positions, both in the field and at the corporate level, most recently as director of pharmacy and retail operations, a role in which he was responsible for more than a hundred retail pharmacies.

The company also added Kevin Campbell as corporate vice president. He most recently served as the executive director of sales and business development at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, formerly CutisPharma, based on Woburn, Massachusetts.

Campbell and Telson will be responsible for helping their pharmacy partners improve the patient experience, gain market share, drive efficiencies and reduce costs with the Fillmaster Auto as the catalyst, according to a statement.

FLAVORx provides dispensing automation technology and medication flavoring systems to more than 40,000 pharmacies in the U.S.
