Tampa adds four more dining destinations to The MICHELIN Guide Florida (PHOTOS)

Tampa Bay has solidified its place among Florida’s top dining destinations. From a seafood shack serving up local catches to a Scandinavian-inspired fine dining experience, these new Tampa Bay selections offer something for every food lover.

The MICHELIN Guide Florida has officially added the below dining spots in Tampa.

Big Ray’s Fish Camp

Cuisine: Seafood

Location: 6116 Interbay Blvd, Tampa
Owned by Raymond “Nick” Cruz, this laidback seafood shack is a local gem offering fresh, no-fuss dishes. The menu features favorites like smoked fish dip, peel-and-eat shrimp and a classic, blackened shrimp basket, served with Cuban-style yucca. Their fried grouper sandwich is a staple, but more adventurous diners will delight in the lobster tail corn dog.

Cousin Vinny’s Sandwich Co.

Cuisine: Italian-American

Location: 1331 W Cass St, Tampa
Founded by Vincent “Vinny” Andriotti and a group of friends, this shop is a love letter to New York-style Italian American cuisine. Their house-made schiacciata (a crisp, thin focaccia) forms the base for standout sandwiches like tomato and mozzarella with fresh basil, while the Tony Piccante—featuring a crispy chicken cutlet, vodka sauce and roasted red peppers—is a fan favorite.

Fisk

Cuisine: Scandinavian/Seafood

Location: 1202 N Franklin St, Tampa
For a refined dining experience with Nordic influences, Fisk is a must-visit. This elegant bar concept, helmed by the team behind MICHELIN-starred Ebbe, offers a mix of seafood-centric dishes with global accents. Guests can opt for a curated tasting menu or select from an à la carte offering that includes Alaskan smoked salmon prepared as an éclair, delicate crab salad with pink grapefruit and a deeply flavorful fish soup infused with fennel and a touch of cream.

Mad Dogs & Englishmen

Cuisine: Gastropub

Location: 4914 S MacDill Ave, Tampa
A Tampa classic with a fresh new home, Mad Dogs & Englishmen brings authentic British pub culture to the city. Since its original opening in 1991, this pub has been a favorite among locals, and its expanded new location offers a more immersive experience. Adorned with British memorabilia, the space is designed to transport guests to an English pub, complete with cozy seating and a conservatory that opens on breezy Florida days. The menu stays true to tradition, featuring a weekly Sunday roast, shepherd’s pie made with tender lamb and sausage wrapped in golden puff pastry, served with a tangy curry-Dijon mayo. Whether stopping in for a pint or a hearty meal, Mad Dogs & Englishmen captures the essence of classic pub dining.
