New Chicken Salad Chick opening in Parrish on Dec. 16

Chicken Salad Chick will open a new restaurant in Parrish on December 16. The first 100 guests in line will receive a year of free chicken salad.

The location sits on US 301 and arrives in one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities.

What happened

Chicken Salad Chick announced the launch of its Parrish location at 8730 US 301 N. The doors open at 10 am on December 16.

The first 100 people in line will receive a year of free chicken salad. Giveaways will continue through December 20.

The restaurant is owned by Karen Jordan, who also runs the Bradenton location. She said Parrish was the natural next step because of its steady growth. CEO Scott Deviney said Florida remains a priority market for the brand.

The restaurant will offer dine-in service, patio seating, takeout, delivery, and catering. During pre-opening events, the team raised money for Feeding Empty Little Tummies, a nonprofit that supports food-insecure students in Manatee County.
