Caraguel leads all aspects of human resources strategy including talent acquisition, total rewards, continued learning, and development, performance management and employee engagement across the BlueGrace network of freight offices. She has served as an executive vice president and chief human resource officer across diverse industry backgrounds ranging from private equity to pharmaceuticals. Her leadership has led to positions in Europe, Africa and Latin America. She also led the HR and culture integration of the NYSE Euronext merger.
