Office flow change works out better than expected

Vaco is a management consulting firm in Tampa. The company, founded in 2002 by Jerry Bostelman, provides recruiting services across the United States. Vaco recently completed a major renovation. Here are the details:

How long has Vaco been in the space?

Five years

What were the reasons for the remodel?

The reason we decided to remodel our space is because the lease was coming to an end we were busting at the seams, there was a need to expand the office.  We really like the location of the office. The landlords decided to help spend money with us to change the office flow, so we could have more interview rooms,  a better more practical space for the employees and allow us to continue the fun environment and give everybody a new view of our five-year-old office.  It worked out better than we could’ve hoped.

How long did it take to complete the project? Two months

How did you operate while undergoing renovations? We relocated to the third floor of our building.

Who did you work with on the project?

We worked with Ali Hubbard of Create + Co. and Andy Kraatz of FB Contractors.

How much did the project cost?

$180,000
