A luxury estate at 6633 Gulf of Mexico Drive, known locally as “Ohana,” has sold for $11.4 million.
Designed by architect Guy Peterson, it’s the highest sale ever reported on the northern end of Longboat Key and the highest luxury sale since October 2014 across the Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties, according to MLS records.
Rinat Sikdar, a Realtor at Michael Saunders & Company represented the out-of-town buyers, who wish to remain anonymous.

The 9,266 square foot estate is on 2.57 beach front acres and originally went on the market for $22 million in December 2013.
