Trepp Developments contract virtual concierge services for SOTA, in Sarasota

Jo-Lynn Brown February 8, 2024

Trepp Developments has signed a partner to offer virtual concierge services for SOTA Residents & Hotel, in Sarasota.

LIVunLtd, a global luxury brand specializing in all facets of service, has been contracted as the residential virtual concierge for the property. With a focus on service for the 35 residents living above the boutique HOTEL SOTA, Rodrigo Trepp, president of Trepp Developments, says the partnership is a perfect fit.

“LIVunLtd has delivered five-star service, around the globe, for over twenty years, and we are pleased to bring that level of sophistication to Sarasota. We call it the evolution of service,” he says.

SOTA residents will have a private-staffed lobby, 24-7 valet, poolside towel service, access to in-residence dining and a house account for all food and beverage outlets at HOTEL SOTA.

The lifestyle curator assigned to SOTA will assist residents with everything from automobile shipping, hanging their art collection and scheduling a personal trainer to travel planning and acquiring sporting event tickets. SOTA will be the first project in the Sarasota region to offer this service.

Located at 1703 Main Street, SOTA will include 35 spacious residences, atop 120 hotel rooms, in

a 16-story tower, with Hoyt Architects named as the building designer and architect of record. New York City-based Andre Kikoski Architect designed the interiors.

Michael Saunders & Company is the exclusive listing brokerage selling the two-and-three-bedroom residential condominiums, starting at approximately $1.8 million.
