On the Scene: Trepp Developments hosts VIP reception to celebrate SOTA progress

Guests gathered inside the SOTA Residences & Hotel sales gallery in Sarasota for a private VIP reception to hear updates from developer Rodrigo Trepp. As president of Trepp Developments, his vision for downtown’s mixed-use project continues to expand as he announced a new virtual concierge service that will be offered to owners of the 35 residences, via LIVunLtd.

Special guest speaker Abbie Newman, president of the New York City-based LIVunLtd, told guests she is looking forward to expanding her company’s presence on Florida’s West Coast.

“We have a track record of providing outstanding service to 134 luxury properties across the country,” Newman explained, noting that her team will provide SOTA residents with virtual concierge. This puts a lifestyle coordinator at their fingertips, to assist with everything from event planning and travel itineraries to fitness options and dinner reservations. “SOTA will be our first project in the Sarasota region.”

Trepp also announced that SOTA buyers have access to the LIVunLtd services immediately. “From the time they sign a contract for a SOTA Residence through the nearly, two years of construction. This includes helping to coordinate the move into their new home in Sarasota,” Newman explained.

SOTA residents will have a private staffed lobby, 24/7 valet, towel service poolside, access to in-residence dining and a house account for all food and beverage outlets at HOTEL SOTA.
