Nancy Howe, owner of KnowHowe and former publisher of the Maddux Report, passes away

Nancy Howe, the owner of KnowHowe, passed away on May 19.

Born on September 23, 1950, Howe spent most of her life enriching the community of Pinellas County through her dedication to journalism, publishing and community service.

She began her career at the St. Petersburg Times while studying archaeology at the University of South Florida. She was the managing editor of Art & Design News, an international graphic arts magazine. She then joined the Maddux Business Report, in July 1989, where she was circulation director and was the publisher for the last 12 years of its existence. Additionally, she served as the publisher of Maddux NewsWire, which became the Tampa Bay Newswire.
