Meet the Winemaker: Wine & Cheese Pairing and Charcuterie Fun

Join us for a fun and creative class! Meet Nolan Jones, winemaker for our featured wine of the month in May, Lava Cap! Our wine expert, Meredith Barlin will also go over cheese pairings with the featured wines all while you make your own charcuterie board! In this class you will learn the basics of cheese selection, how to fold and shape meat, and the different variety of cheeses best suited for your charcuterie. You will be guided step by step as you create your own board to take home and enjoy (one board per registration). We hope you leave with the knowledge and confidence to design your own board.
