Altura Bayshore Tower Planned for South Tampa

Ronto Group has announced plans for Altura Bayshore, a new 22-story tower near the intersection of Bayshore and Bay-to-Bay boulevards.

Designed by Tampa architects Curts Gaines Hall Jones, the tower at 2907 South Ysabella Ave will feature 73 residences, including six penthouses. Every residence will have full front-to-back floor plans that provide expansive views, according to a statement.

“The Bayshore area is so beautiful and is just a few minutes from the downtown area that is undergoing an amazing renaissance, with exciting sports, arts, entertainment and so much more,” said Anthony Solomon, owner of Ronto Group, in the statement. “More people now want the maintenance-free lifestyle of a luxury condominium while staying in the mix — just a quick bike ride, walk, drive or Uber ride to shops, a game or the finest restaurants.”

Residences will range from approximately the low $1 millions to $2.9 million, with approximately 2,176 to 3,575 square feet of space.

Altura Bayshore was designed by Tampa architects Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects. Smith & Associates Real Estate of Tampa is the exclusive listing agent. Ronto expects to open a sales gallery on site this year.
