American Structurepoint doubles office footprint in Tampa

American Structurepoint, a full-service architecture and engineering consulting firm, has signed a 9,485-square-foot office lease at 1 N Dale Mabry Hwy, in Tampa.

The firm is currently located in the Cypress Center, in Tampa, and will double its footprint in the market with this move.

Joanne LeBlanc, of Colliers, represented the tenant. CBRE represented the landlord, Bridge Investment Group.

American Structurepoint is currently hiring and has plans to add 35 new employees to this office, which would more than triple its local workforce.

Build-out of the space is currently underway. American Structurepoint plans to move into the space in the third quarter of 2024.
