Empath Health and Trustbridge announce partnership

Empath Health will unite with Trustbridge, and its affiliates, including Hospice of Palm Beach County and Hospice by the Sea, together becoming Florida’s largest nonprofit post-acute care organization.

Empath will now care for 5,000 hospice patients daily, supported by 5,000 colleagues and 3,000 volunteers throughout Florida.

“This affiliation marks a significant milestone in our mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to those in need,” said Jonathan Fleece, president and chief executive officer of Empath Health. “Together with Trustbridge and its affiliates, we will continue to deliver full life care that extends beyond medical needs, focusing on the interdimensional well-being of our patients and their families.”
