Construction begins at St. Pete Beach hotel

Construction has started on the $7.5 million renovation of The Hotel Zamora, in St. Pete Beach.

The 72-key, boutique hotel will be repurposed into a 4-star luxury hotel.

The Hotel Zamora is situated on the Intracoastal Waterway, offering private dock access and boat slips for guests and public use.

The hotel features Castile Restaurant & Lounge and 360 Rooftop, which provides panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, downtown St. Petersburg and the Intracoastal.

Hotel Zamora is located at 3701 Gulf Boulevard and renovations are expected to be complete this fall.
