► O2B Kids, a daycare chain with about 40 locations in Florida, has sold the land one of its schools sits on, in Pasco County, about a year after paying $4.34 million to buy it from the Discovery Point School, at 8700 Trouble Creek Road, in New Port Richey, for $5.79 million.
► Clearwater-based BayCare Health System has acquired a 15.7-acre property in unincorporated Pasco County, for $12 million, with plans to build a HealthHub with an emergency department and primary and specialty health care services.
