No tickets? Where to watch the Super Bowl in Tampa Bay

With limited capacity at this year’s Super Bowl, chances are if you were hoping to score tickets, you were not able to for a myriad of reasons.

Not to fear, there are places holding Super Bowl watch parties. Please remember, if you do decide to venture out, gather safely.

If you are hosting a gathering at your home, The Today show shared some tips on how to do so according to CDC guidelines.

If you do decide to go out, from dive bars to rooftop lounges, here are some places to watch the big game.

Sal Y Mar Rooftop Bar, located atop the dual-branded Aloft and Element Hotel in Midtown Tampa, is officially open just in time for the big game. The bar will be hosting a watch party on Sunday, February 7 starting at 3 p.m. Guests can enjoy buckets of beer for $20 domestic and $25 imported (5 bottles) as well as their full menu.

District Tavern, in Tampa, is hosting a free watch party with brunch starting at 10 a.m. and food and drink specials running throughout the day.

World of Beer Westchase will have drink specials, $5 flatbread pizzas and 15 big-screen TVs.

Ducky’s in Tampa is hosting the Cutwater Super Bowl Party starting at 6:30 p.m.

For $79.95 you can watch the Super Bowl at The Galley in downtown St. Petersburg. This price includes food, and drink, from 6 p.m. until the end of the game. The menu features prime rib, snow crab, Cuban sandwiches and snacks. Reservations are required.

If you are closer to the beaches, Dead Bob’s is having a party sponsored by Blue Ice Vodka and will be handing out free tastings of it while supplies last.
