Peak Surf Park, an action-adventure park with plans to open in Tampa Bay in 2025, released new renderings of the proposed 30-acre facility.
Peak’s patented wave mechanism was created by Surf Lakes, an Australia-based surf pool technology company.
The development project includes a half-mile of beaches, concert and event venues, bars and restaurants, retailers, education and business facilities, fitness, and wellness, amenities and more.
Peak is to be built with sustainability in mind, using resources and practices that will benefit Tampa Bay’s waterways and ecosystem, according to a statement.
At press time for this issue, no location had been announced.
