Tampa Heights Apartments tops out

MW Builders, a national commercial construction company, along with Maifly Development and Loci Capital, completed the structural work of Tampa Heights Apartments, a 321-unit multifamily, mixed-use complex.

The complex is located at the northeast corner of North Florida Avenue and East 7th Avenue, Tampa Heights will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging from 512 square feet to 1,393 square feet, with a parking garage.

Completion of Tampa Heights is anticipated in Spring 2025.
