Luxury waterfront community announced in Apollo Beach

Jo-Lynn Brown Published: November 20, 2024 | Updated: November 19, 2024

Impact Properties has announced Hammock Bay, a new gated luxury waterfront community that is planned for Apollo Beach. The development will feature 47 homesites with deep-water access, direct dockage and custom-designed estate homes by Bartlett Custom Homes and Tide Homes.

Hammock Bay is one of the last waterfront developments in the area. The project will span 16 acres and include homes ranging from 3,500 to over 7,500 square feet. Prices for homes, and lot packages, start at $1.8 million.

Construction will begin in early 2025, with homes available by late 2025. The community is designed to meet the latest building standards, offering resilience against coastal weather challenges.

Sales are being managed by Craig Beggins of Century 21 Beggins Enterprises and Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty.
