Great Places and Spaces: Arris Tampa

The development team behind the Virage Bayshore tower in Tampa revealed plans for a new, 34-story luxury condominium tower called Arris Tampa, in downtown Tampa.

It will feature a ground-floor restaurant, a rooftop residents’ club with an amenity deck and outdoor pool. Eighty residences will span 1,110 to 3,700 square feet and will be priced from $600,000 to more than $2 million.

The tower will rise at the corner of Ashley Drive and Twiggs Street and will include only four residences or fewer on each floor, with views of the city, Curtis Hixon Riverfront Park, the Hillsborough River and the minarets of the University of Tampa.

Ascentia Development Group and Batson-Cook Development Company are the development team behind the project.
