Tampa’s Bayshore Solutions announces major merger

Bayshore Solutions, a digital marketing and web development agency with offices in Tampa and Denver, merged with Spinutech, effective January 1.

Spinutech, located in Chicago, Des Moines and Cedar Falls, Iowa, is a web design and marketing agency.

The combined agencies will do business as Spinutech and will be able to offer clients a broader range of digital agency services with 160 subject matter experts covering areas of digital advertising including strategy, copywriting, website development, design, social media and more, according to a statement.

“We now have one of the largest, privately-held, pure digital agencies in North America,” said Kevin Hourigan, chief executive officer of Bayshore Solutions, in the statement.

Marc Reifenrath, previously president of Spinutech, will emerge as CEO for the merged company and Hourigan will serve as president.

“We’re building the agency of the future,” said Reinfenrath.
