Downtown St. Pete tower Reflection celebrates topping off (RENDERINGS)

Developers HP Capital, The DeNunzio Group and KAST Construction celebrated the Topping Off of Reflection, a luxury condominium project, in downtown St. Petersburg.

Amenities feature a pool on the roof, a private club poolside and concierge services.

With only 20 units remaining for sale, the Jade floor plan, particularly residence #1704, has proven to be the most sought-after, with just two units left in the entire building, priced at $2,250,000. The Jade features a master bedroom, with terrace access and sunrise views.

The tower has a total of 88 homes, with prices starting at $899,000. Reflection is located at 777 3rd Avenue North Street.
