Bochner, an international law firm, based in New York City, and Stanton IP Law Firm, a Tampa Bay area patent and intellectual property law firm, have merged.
Founded by area tech entrepreneur, and lawyer, Thomas Stanton, Stanton IP focuses on protecting, enforcing and monetizing intellectual property rights for their clients by obtaining patents both in the United States and abroad, trademarks at both the federal and state levels, copyrights on works of art and keeping trade secrets confidential.
“I and the rest of the Stanton IP team are excited to work with the outstanding professionals at Bochner and CoreX. With this exciting merger, we are now able to provide additional services to our clients and expand our footprint nationwide,” said Thomas Stanton, founder of Stanton IP.
Bochner, which merged with Tampa’s CoreX Legal in November, serves startups to Fortune 500 companies, both nationally and globally. The CoreX merger expanded Bochner’s reach into Florida, for the first time.
