Punch Room makes Esquire’s Best New Bars List

Esquire released this year’s Best New Bars in America, which includes 42 notable joints nationwide. This list was compiled by several evaluators who include Peter Barrett, Daniel Dumas, Beth Ann Fennelly, Jeff Gordinier, Omar Mamoon, Joshua David Stein and Jason Tesauro.

Tampa’s Punch Room, at Tampa Edition, made the list of the top bars in the country.

Here’s what Esquire had to say about Punch Room, “The drinks are delicate and revelatory; they’re tropical, but you’ll want to dress up for them.”

The annual list is on Esquire.com here and in the Summer issue, available everywhere by June 4.
