La Unión Residence and Social Hall, a multifamily redevelopment, will officially open on Nov. 2, in Ybor City’s 50-acre Gasworx District.
The new complex, inspired by the historic social hall that once stood in its place, aims to set a new standard for urban living in one of Tampa’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Other plans for the Gasworx project include additional multifamily housing, a marketplace, dining and retail options, a Class-A office tower, a TECO Streetcar stop and more.
“We are thrilled to open the doors to La Unión and welcome new residents,” said Graham Tyrrell, senior vice president of multifamily development at KETTLER. “Our goal was to honor Ybor City’s storied past while creating a new hub of urban living, and La Unión embodies that vision. It’s an exciting step forward for the Gasworx district and the Tampa community.”
