LD&D, a Miami- and New York-based interior design and development firm, has unveiled the final renderings of its new luxury residential tower, DoMo, located in downtown Tampa’s Tempo district.
The 28-story tower is part of the $200 million,
Cass Square, mixed-use development. DoMo will offer 360 luxury apartments, with units ranging from studios to three-bedroom configurations.
The project, designed by Baker Barrios Architects, will feature 45,000 square feet of amenities including a wellness area, a pickleball court and a 26th-floor sky lounge offering views of the city. In addition to its residential offerings, DoMo will include 32,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Upon completion, DoMo will be the tallest multifamily tower in the Tempo district. It is expected to be completed in the summer of 2026.
