Update: Marina Pointe and Marina Landings

As tenants continue to open in Westshore Marina District’s village-style retail center, BTI Partners announced that Buzzed Bull Creamery will join the roster of tenants. Founded in Cincinnati, Buzzed Bull Creamery is a premium, made-to-order, alcoholic and nonalcoholic frozen dessert company.

The lease marks the entrance of Buzzed Bull Creamery to the Florida market. The company will occupy 1,200 square feet in Marina Landings and is scheduled to open later this year. Cru Cellars, Sand Surf Co. and Duckweed Urban Grocery have already opened their doors in Marina Landings.

Crave Spa, Salon Color Bar and Drnk Coffee & Tea and Qwench juice bar are set to open in the coming months. Progress also is underway at Marina Pointe, a luxury condominium development with three high-rises and a marina. Marina Pointe’s first tower will consist of 120 condominium residences and open in mid-2022. BTI Partners, a real estate development and land investment firm, is the master developer behind the 52-acre Westshore Marina District.
