Kolter Urban completes Saltaire in St. Petersburg (PHOTOS)

Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach real estate development and investment firm, completed Saltaire.

Located at 300 1st Street South, in Downtown St. Petersburg, the luxury tower is 35 stories high and has 192 residences overlooking the city’s arts and bayfront district.

Smith & Associates Real Estate led sales for Saltaire, which launched in the third quarter of 2019. The property sold out in the second quarter of 2022, for a total sell-out value of more than $320 million.

Designed by SB Architects and interiors by The Decorators Unlimited, Saltaire has two to three-bedroom residences.

Kolter Urban has a regional office in St. Petersburg.
