Nikky Flores, Florida region manager for middle market banking at JPMorgan Chase, has been named the new chair of the Tampa Bay Partnership.
Flores succeeds Brian Auld, president of the Tampa Bay Rays, following his two-year term.
Flores, who has served on the Partnership’s board for three years, has more than 20 years of financial services experience and a focus on workforce issues. During her time on the board, she helped spotlight the need for affordable housing, highlighted by a $250,000 investment from JPMorgan Chase, in 2023, to study housing affordability in the region.
Brian Butler, chief executive officer of Vistra Communications, has been appointed secretary/treasurer for the fiscal year, 2025.
