Fitz and The Tantrums to headline OnBikes’ Winter Wonder Ride

Jo-Lynn Brown November 15, 2024

OnBikes, a Tampa nonprofit dedicated to providing bikes for kids in need, announced that Fitz and The Tantrums will headline its 13th Annual Winter Wonder Ride on Saturday, Dec. 14, at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.

This year’s theme, “Après Ski After Party,” encourages participants to dress in cozy winter styles and enjoy the festive mountain-lodge atmosphere.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Fitz and The Tantrums to our Winter Wonder Ride,” said Julius Tobin, co-founder of OnBikes. “Their high-energy performance is the perfect fit for this special event.”

Known for their hits like “HandClap” and “Out of My League,” the band’s latest album, Let Yourself Free, was released in 2022.

Proceeds support OnBikes’ mission to provide bikes and helmets to underprivileged children in Tampa Bay. Since its founding, OnBikes has donated over 10,000 bikes to local kids.

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, Dec. 14

Location: Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park

Schedule: Gates open at 2 p.m., ride departs at 4:30 p.m., and the concert begins at 6 p.m.

Tickets start at $40 with early-bird rates available at onbikes.org.
